Assessment Lesson

Wherever possible we like to conduct an assessment driving lesson several weeks before running an intensive driving course as this gives us a chance to see your driving ability and learning style before planning an intensive driving course that will help you achieve the high standard that is required to pass and remain a safe driver for life.

It will also give you confidence in our driving instructor's ability to help you through what can be a very stressful course. You also have the option of backing out if you don't think it is for you.

You can do this lesson before you take your driving theory test, but remember we cannot book your practical driving test until you have passed your driving theory test.

The assessment lesson is 1.5 hours and costs £30. You can pay via, Google Checkout, Paypal, credit or debit card and BACS.

So often we get calls from people in an urgent or even desperate need of passing the driving test. We have the capacity to find or create a course to meet your needs. We must point out that being under this sort of pressure is really not the best way to learn a life skill - Planning is a key skill in life as well as driving!

Urgent prices reflect the fact we have to find an instructor, driving test date to match your availability - Test date guaranteed within 4 weeks from first phone call.

Desperate prices are for those who need to pass within 14 days from today!

You may have to travel for urgent or desperate courses, we will do our utmost to keep it close to home

Guaranteed Pass Scheme?

Some companies offer a guaranteed pass scheme, we think this is just about the only thing we cannot guarantee as in the end it is down to the pupil on the day. However, if you take the assessment lesson and follow our driving instructor's advice, we will pay for your second driving test fee should you need it.*

Hours or Days?

We price our intensive driving courses by the hour. Some companies price by the day but can leave you disappointed when you only get a half day in the car. We do it this way because it's more transparent, it's unusual to do more than 4 hours per day as a pupils concentration tends to fade very quickly after this point.

We can also be a little more flexible in fitting in sessions of lessons that suit your own schedule. Please discuss this with your instructor.
